Blueberry Broccoli Spinach Salad

  • 4 oz Baby spinach, fresh




  • 1/4 cup Blueberries




  • 1/2 cup Broccoli




  • 2 tbsp Cranberries, dried




  • 1/2 tsp Dill, dried




  • 1 clove Garlic




  • 1/8 tsp Garlic powder




  • 1/4 tsp Onion powder




  • 1/2 tsp Parsley, dried








Condiments





  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise, good quality homemade or store bought








Baking & Spices





  • 1 Black pepper




  • 1/8 tsp Black pepper




  • 1/4 tsp Paprika




  • 1 tsp Poppy seeds




  • 1/8 tsp Sea salt










Oils & Vinegars





  • 1/2 tsp Lemon juice or white vinegar








Nuts & Seeds





  • 2 tbsp Sunflower seeds, roasted








Dairy





  • 1/4 cup Buttermilk




  • 1/4 cup Feta cheese




  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream, plain
